Who We Are

Coder is developed by Omnidea S.r.l. a socio unico, Via Niccolò Tommaseo 94, 35131 Padova (PD), Italy, VAT IT03683000271 (“Omnidea”, “we”). Contact: [email protected].

For the board data Coder works on, the monday.com account owner is the controller and Omnidea acts as processor on their behalf. For the contact and billing data needed to run our relationship with customers, Omnidea is the controller.

What Coder Processes

• Installation details: the account name and the name and email of the person who installed Coder, sent by monday.com, to support the account and manage its subscription.
• monday.com identifiers: account, user, workspace, board, item and column IDs, and user names needed to post updates and notifications.
• Board content: the values of the columns you configure in Coder (codes, numbers, statuses, texts, dates, checkboxes, people, files), which Coder reads and writes in monday.com.
• Coder data: reserved codes, numbering sequences, QR profiles, QR code records, PIN hashes (never the PIN itself), scan time stamps and counters of wrong PINs.
• Authorisation: the OAuth token of the account that authorised Coder, stored encrypted.
• Technical logs: error messages kept by the hosting platform to fix problems.

Coder does not sell data, does not use it for advertising, and does not build profiles of people.

Where Data Is Stored

Coder runs on monday code, the hosting platform of monday.com, in the region of your monday.com account. Coder data is kept in monday code storage; board content stays in your monday.com account. Labels and pages are generated on the fly and not stored.

People Who Scan QR Codes

When a QR profile is open to anyone, people who scan do not sign in and Coder records no personal data about them: only the time of the scan (for the repeat-scan block) and the update posted on the item (“by public QR link”). When a profile is limited to monday.com users, the scanner signs in with monday.com and their name is written in the item update.

Cookies

Coder sets only one short-lived, strictly necessary cookie during the monday.com sign-in (to protect the sign-in with PKCE). No tracking or analytics cookies are used. Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts.

Retention and Deletion

Coder data is kept while Coder is installed. When Coder is uninstalled, the authorisation is removed at once and Coder data is deleted within 10 days. You can ask us to delete it earlier at [email protected]. Content in your boards is managed by you in monday.com.

Sub-processors

• monday.com Ltd.: hosting (monday code), storage and billing through the monday.com Marketplace.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, limit or export your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Contacting Users

We may contact account administrators about Coder: support requests, important changes and billing. We do not send marketing messages without consent.

Credits

Coder uses icons from Font Awesome Pro (licensed), the Roboto Mono font (SIL Open Font License 1.1) for the text under QR codes, and Vibe, the monday.com design system.
