1. The Service
Coder (“the App”) is a monday.com app developed by Omnidea S.r.l. a socio unico, Via Niccolò Tommaseo 94, 35131 Padova (PD), Italy, VAT IT03683000271 (“Omnidea”). By installing or using the App you, or the organisation you act for (“Customer”), accept these terms.
2. Plans, Trial and Billing
The App is offered through the monday.com Marketplace with the plans shown there, and may include a free trial. Prices, payments, renewals and cancellation are handled by monday.com under its Marketplace terms. When a trial ends without a paid plan, features may stop working and QR codes may show that the subscription has expired.
3. Use of the App
- Use the App only in line with these terms, the monday.com terms and the law.
- You are responsible for your board content, for the QR profiles you set up (including who can scan and any PIN) and for where you place printed QR codes.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the App, or to reach data of other accounts.
4. Data
Your data stays yours. Omnidea processes it only to provide the App, as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Availability and Support
We work to keep the App available and correct, but it is provided “as is”: it depends on monday.com services and may have interruptions. Support is available at [email protected]; we answer within 2 business days.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Omnidea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, and its total liability is limited to the amounts the Customer paid for the App in the 12 months before the event. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its code and design belong to Omnidea or its licensors. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while subscribed.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update the App and these terms; important changes will be announced in advance. The Customer can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access in case of serious breach of these terms.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Padova, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
